Like many people in Harborne I am becoming increasingly frustrated with the lack of progress on replacing our local swimming pool and fitness centre.

I live in Harborne and I know the swimming pool well. Quaint it may be but fit for the 21st century it is not. We all know the pool is on its last legs, the shower facilities and changing rooms are not up to scratch and the whole building is in desperate need of replacing. Indeed, an official study over four years ago proved that beyond doubt.
