Gisela Stuart has called on council bosses to tell residents of Edgbaston, Harborne, Bartley Green and Quinton when the new swimming baths are expected to open.

The Council is currently drawing up detailed planning applications for the new baths. A final decision on funding will be taken by the City Council cabinet in the autumn.

Gisela is also seeking assurances that the project will not fall behind schedule as a result of being tied to the Olympic pool project in the City Centre.
